3. Where can I type in the text for my custom patch?

Once you start your checkout process you will see a comment box under your order summary.  Type the text into the comment box.  For more information please go to our order information page!

5. Can a dog get out of the harness?

It may be possible for your dog to get out of its harness.  However, this predominantly depends on the person at the other end of the leash.  If your dog tries to back up, do not pull on the leash.  If you do not pull on the leash and have a pressure distributor on the harness(one of these), it is almost impossible to get out of the harness.  You can read more about how to prevent "Houdinis" from escaping the harness by clicking here!

6. Do you offer discounts for veterans/law enforcement officers/military/etc.?

Yes we do, 10% off even from clearance and discounted products.  You have to register an account with us first though!  Once you have the account, simply send us an email to with proof (e.g.: driver's license, ID card, etc.) that you are a veteran or a law enforcement officer or active military.  We will add an automatic 10% discount to your account.  Once you log in, you will automatically see the discounted prices.  For more information please contact us!

7. What should I do if I closed the payment window/received an error message/hit the back button on my browser/etc., before I was able to pay for my order?

You can try to go back to your order by logging into your account, but because of security reasons, the payment option times out quickly.  If you are unable to reload the payment page, you can always submit a new order.  The previous order will be canceled and deleted after 2 days if it is unpaid. 

8. My dog chewed on the buckle and I am unable to close it properly!

Currently we do not offer any repairs in the U.S., however we are working on launching a repair service for our customers.  Buckles of course can be purchased separately.  To buy buckles, please contact us via email at

9.  What is your return policy and how does it work?

You have 15 days to contact us after you receive your order.  For more information on returns and shipping please check out this page!

10. I did not receive my order yet!

If the tracking number says that your package was delivered, ask your neighbors if they might have it.  Unfortunately we have no influence on USPS when it comes to delivering the package to the right person.  If your tracking number does not show anything, or you do not have a tracking number, please contact us!
